Adrian & Kari - Married in Certaldo - Tuscany March 2006. Our wedding was a small one. I contacted other agencies that I found and it seemed to me that they were trying to book travel arrangements, the wedding ceremony, flower arrangements, a reception,wedding cake and a full honeymoon package all in one. There were a few that, when I told them I was only interested in assistance with the legal paperwork and town hall reservation, didn't reply to my e-mail because I assume they are in the business of selling large wedding packages and taking a commission. Rossana seemed to be the only one that was up front about her price and would cater to a customer no matter how small or large the wedding. She kept up constant e-mail communication with me and broke the bill down into detailed amounts and I was assured the grand total without any surprise extras before I paid a dime. I can not tell you what a wonderful experience it was and how glad I am that I stumbled across her service....
