We are based in Italy and most of our customers are only interested in the legal procedure assistance. Our staff can help you only in this aspect of your wedding.
Please note that each of the following package will grant you a WEDDING WITH LEGAL VALUE (legally recognized in your country)
and the fees listed below include
- 20% vat taxes
- consular fees
- documents assistance
do not include
- town hall room rental fee;
- donation for the church in case you are booking the church wedding;
- donation to the English speaking priest;
- wedding planner service.
CIVIL WEDDING
(with legal value)
The documents to be prepared may differ from nationality to nationality. Once
you have decided for having our assistance for the legal procedure - we invite you to contact our Customer Care at office@weddingsinumbria.com
A sheet will be forwarded to you with all the instructions to follow & documents to be prepared before leaving. Please note that your documents must be sent to us 40 days prior to the wedding
- All legal paperwork consultation and assistance via email;
- Lodging all paperwork with the local authorities;
- Booking of the town hall (BRIDE AND GROOM ARE INVITED TO INFORM OUR OFFICES ABOUT WHICH TOWN HALL / WEDDING HALL AND WHEN DAY & TIME they would love the ceremony to be celebrated);
- Marriage certificate issuing fees, plus international, translated version following the wedding;
- Delivery fees of the marriage certificate;
- Official Translator for the ceremony (obligatory in case one of the spouses does not understand Italian);
- 3 copies of the Marriage certificate/license and administrative seals and stamps;
- Taxes.

- Assistance with religious authorities;
- Booking of the church - (BRIDE AND GROOM ARE INVITED TO INFORM OUR OFFICES ABOUT CHURCH AND WHEN DAY & TIME they would love the ceremony to be celebrated); **
- Marriage certificate issuing fees, plus international, translated version following the wedding;
- Official Translator (obligatory in case one of the spouses does not understand Italian);
- Delivery fees of the marriage certificate;
- 3 copies of the Marriage certificate/license and administrative seals and stamps;
- Unlimited email or phone correspondence;
- Taxes.

In the event Bride & Groom will take care personally of legal procedure, documents and paperwork, issuing of all the legal documents, booking of the wedding hall or church and need ONLY A TRASLATION SERVICE FOR THE DECLARATION OF INTENT TO MARRY AND WEDDING DAY our fees for:

STARDUST PACKAGES WILL INCLUDE
ONLY THE ASSITANCE FOR THE LEGAL PROCEDURE IN CASE OF CIVIL & CATHOLIC WEDDINGS
NO WEDDING PLANNER SERVICES ARE INCLUDED.
