WEDDING PLANNER FEES ORGANISATION FOR CEREMONY/RECEPTION CUSTOMIZED PROJECT AVAILABLE ONLY IN ROME & SURROUNDINGS, UMBRIA & TUSCANY
Our Orchids idea will include the consultancy work and a realization of a CUSTOMIZED PROJECT for an unforgettable wedding.
- Research of location according to your description;
- Research of all suppliers involved in the ceremony (florist, caterer, music, entertainment);
- Preparation of max 4 wedding projects with detailed budget & photos & addresses of each venue;
- All legal paperwork consultation and assistance;
- Lodging all paperwork with the local authorities;
- Assistance with civil / religious authorities;
- Marriage fees (a declaration with a translator at the town hall will be necessary);
- Marriage certificate issuing fees, plus international, translated version following the wedding;
- 3 copies of the Marriage certificate/license and administrative seals and stamps;
- A personal coordinator for 3 days ( prior and during the wedding day);
- Management of wedding rehearsal;
- Unlimited email or phone correspondence to plan our event;
- Assistance during your visits in Italy;
- Management of your RSVP's;
- Advice on Etiquette;
- Overall coordination and consultation for the ceremony;
- Wedding program with schedule of the event and services and useful phone numbers before departure;
- Personalised web site with the order of the event for your guests;
- Taxes.
Euro 1.500,00 for weddings with a budget up to Euro 15.000,00 + 10% 10% agency commission for weddings with a budget exceeding Euro 15.000,00 or more than 100 guests
