With our Lilly idea we give you the possibility of hiring us for all the legal aspects of your ceremony and having two professional wedding planners coordinating your wedding day & negotiating for you with all the suppliers.
- All legal paperwork consultation and assistance;
- Lodging all paperworks with the local authorities;
- Assistance with civil / religious authorities;
- Marriage fees (a declaration with a translator at the town hall will be necessary);
- Legal fees for the ceremony;
- Marriage certificate issuing fees, plus international, translated version following the wedding;
- 3 copies of the Marriage certificate/license and administrative seals and stamps;
- 2 personal coordinator for 2 days ( prior and during the wedding day);
- Management of wedding rehearsal;
- Unlimited email or phone correspondence to plan our event;
- Negotiation of contracts with suppliers;
- Assistance during your visits in Italy;
- Management of your RSVP's;
- Advice on Etiquette;
- Overall coordination and consultation for the ceremony;
- Wedding program with schedule of the event and services and useful phone numbers before departure;
- Personalized web site with the order of the event for your guests;
